Summer Scholars: An Adventure in Learning

In our immersive four-week Summer Scholars programs, you can dive into favorite subjects, explore new areas, or strengthen existing skills in a supportive environment, learning alongside motivated peers.

Our wide range of engaging courses and fellowships combine classroom rigor with hands-on experiences and help you build skills in critical thinking and collaboration. STEM enthusiasts can investigate advanced chemistry, explore biotechnology, or conquer algebra and precalculus. Creative thinkers can expand their imaginations in creative writing, bring stories to life in our theater program, or strengthen their communication skills for college. Future leaders can develop essential skills in diplomacy, decision-making, and debate in our foreign policy Model UN fellowship. You might find yourself in a lab conducting experiments, on stage in rehearsals, or outdoors working on sustainable agriculture projects.

The best — and most enjoyable — way to learn English is to be immersed in the language and the culture.  You’ll be part of a community that wants to learn as much about you as you want to learn about it. You’ll live with, eat with, and explore with our entire community of learners. Our goal is for you to feel at home.

NMH Summer offers lots of options to fit your interests and your schedule.

You can attend as a day student or stay in our campus dorms, with a five-day boarding option for students who want to go home on weekends. 

We offer two- and four-week sessions where you can explore exciting subjects, take part in athletics and arts opportunities, and enjoy fun recreational activities.
